Staff Development

With 90 staff employed in nursing, administration and patient support services, staff development is structured to meet the diverse training needs of all our staff and we provide an education program that ensures a workforce that is a leader in clinical expertise and patient care.

Our Staff professional development is of the utmost importance to us and we aim to support all staff in the workplace with a dynamic approach to maintaining and furthering their professional goals and objectives.

It is with pride we provide this service to all of our staff.

We provide monthly internal hospital in-service education programs and workshops based on requests and needs of staff. We also have Orientation and Mandatory Training days throughout the year.
