Caboolture Private strengthens endoscopy

Caboolture Private Hospital is the first private hospital in Australia to take ownership of a new Artificial Intelligence Colorectal Polyp Detection system from Olympus.

Known as the ENDO-AID Artificial Intelligence CADe, the technology is designed to help improve colorectal polyp detection, reduce miss rate and improve clinical outcome.

Some of the gastroenterologists utilising this new technology are from Northside Endoscopy, which has taken rooms at Caboolture Private Hospital and is increasing its scoping lists there.

Northside Endoscopy’s five gastroenterologists will be consulting from Suite 1 at Caboolture Private and utilising the hospital’s day surgery.
